The peace of the community is shattered when foreign visitors and plunderers witness the masquerade’s supernatural power and become driven by greed to possess it as an idol. Though the village patriarch (Yinka Quadri) strongly warns against foreign temptation and the commodification of their culture, a violent raid ensues. The masquerade is stolen, and Ologbojo is left as the sole survivor of his family. He embarks on a high-stakes quest to reclaim the sacred relic, allied with Ibiwunmi (Omowunmi Dada), a woman endowed with mystical gifts from the goddess Osun. Together, they must call upon the strength of their ancestors to fight back and restore spiritual balance to their land.
