A video circulating on social media has the Marlian president, His excellency naira marley smoking weed with his uber driver in Amsterdam, Holland.
In the video, naira marley could be seen in the back seat enjoying some good music while smoking profusely before passing it to his uber driver.
Regardless of the COVID being on high alert across Europe, the driver took it while exhibiting signs of happiness by using the Jamaican word “Bomboclat”.
