Lady Flogged In Public By A Soldier For Dressing Indecently

A lady received the worse form of humiliation as she was flogged by an army man in public, with her crime being dressing indecently.

This sad and shameful incident was recorded on camera which is currently circulating on social media and with lot of people passing their comments.

The video showed how the lady was made to sit on the floor while being flogged by the army man and also shouting out of pain from the lashes she was receiving.
