From the look of things, it seems Buhari-led government maintain two separate laws for two regions. ( North and South).

With the immediate arrest of the Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), it is obvious and crystal clear that President Muhammadu Buhari is being biased and ruthless with the Yorubas and Igbos.
